The 2025 District King Shoot at SSG Erlangen-Büchenbach has ended.
The district administration and the Erlangen Shooting District congratulate
Claudia Egerer-Sieber (SSG Erlangen-Büchenbach) as the future District Queen
and
Almila Kundur (SSG Erlangen-Büchenbach) as the future District Youth Queen.
Compared to last year, we had more participants at this year's District King Shoot. More young people also took part in the District King Shoot. Out of a total of 47 participants, 6 young people took part in the King Shoot.
A very good number of shots were fired at the King's target. This indicates that the District King title still holds significant value among the participants.
For the district's youth, the District King Shoot was also financially rewarding. A total of €250 in donations for youth work was collected. Our District Sports Director Birgitt Popp and our District Shooting Master Harald Popp rounded the donation amount up to €300. Many thanks to Birgitt, Harald, and all other donors for the donations.
Every euro for the district's youth is well-invested money. Our professional and non-professional work with the district's youth lays the foundation for successful shooters and for the future of our shooting district.
A big thank you goes to all participants of this year's District King Shoot and to SSG Erlangen-Büchenbach as the host of the District King Shoot.
The enthronement of the new district monarchs will take place on the occasion of the District Honours Afternoon on 15 November 2025 at KPHSG Erlangen.
For the coming year, the Dormitz Shooting Friends have already applied to host the District King Shoot. Here too, our thanks go to those responsible at Dormitz Shooting Friends.
The district administration is already looking forward to active participation.
